オーガニック デトロイトダークレッドビート種

First time growing beets and was thrilled to see the roots come out perfectly round and deep red. Roasting them brought out that rich, earthy sweetness just as described. Already planning to replant from the second harvest.

These seeds sprouted within a week, and the roots came out perfectly round and that deep crimson color. Roasting them brought out that rich, earthy flavor the description promised, and the greens were a tasty bonus.

Roasted a batch last night and the deep crimson color was almost too pretty to eat—almost. They came up round and uniform, and that earthy sweetness really came through. Glad I can enjoy both the roots and the greens, feels like getting two harvests for the price of one.
