ゴールデンボーイビート種

I love how these beets keep their bright color even after roasting — they look gorgeous on the plate. The roots are sweet and tender, and the greens were a tasty bonus for salads.

The color is absolutely gorgeous—like little gems in the soil—and the roots cook up sweet and tender without any of the earthy bite I expected. I've already planted a second round just to keep harvesting them into the fall.

I was a little skeptical about golden beets, but these grew true to their name—the roots have that gorgeous sunny color the description promised. I’ve been using them in salads and roasted dishes, and the sweet flavor really stands out while the greens are a bonus I didn’t expect.
