These rosettes are even more beautiful in person than the description suggests, and the leaves have a really pleasant, mild mustard taste. I’ve already harvested a few for salads and they’re tender without being bitter.

The leaves are spoon-shaped and so tender they almost melt in a stir-fry, plus the rosette formation makes it a real showstopper in the garden. Even though it’s a bok choy relative, the flavor is milder than I expected—definitely ordering these again next season.

The rosettes really do look like little flowers in the veggie bed, and the spoon-shaped leaves are so tender they practically melt in a quick stir-fry. Sprouting came fast and uniform, which makes it a fun one to watch every morning.
