Winter/Herfst Zaden Kit

I threw these seeds in a patch of soil I wasn't expecting much from, and the red and green leaves came up looking like a gourmet mix. The self-blanching feature is really handy for a home grower who doesn't want to fuss with tying leaves.

Planted these in early fall and the mix of ruffled red and green leaves came up so thick it looked like a living tapestry. The self-blanching trait means I get tender hearts without any extra fuss, and we’ve been harvesting salads for weeks now.
