有機ブルームズデールほうれん草の種

I was surprised how quickly these seeds germinated in my cooler spring soil—that slow-to-bolt trait is already giving me a longer harvest window. The crinkled leaves have that rich, classic spinach taste I remember from my grandmother's garden.

The bolt resistance is the real winner here—my patch kept producing tender leaves well past when my usual spinach gives up. That rich, crinkled texture also made for the best salads I've had all spring.

The crinkled leaves on these seeds are already adding so much texture to my garden beds. I love that they're slow to bolt, giving me more time to harvest before they go to seed. The flavor is noticeably richer than the standard spinach I've grown before.
