Finally a planter that actually keeps my basil alive without daily watering—the wicking system really does draw up moisture evenly. I've got it sitting on my windowsill and the trellis gives the taller herbs a nice place to climb.

The built-in trellis is perfect for basil — mine started climbing it within a week. I only refill the reservoir every 4-5 days and the soil stays perfectly damp.

The wicking system is a game-changer since I can go away for a long weekend and still come back to perfectly moist soil. Assembly took maybe ten minutes and the trellis keeps my cilantro from flopping over the counter.
